Under Regulation S-AM, a registered investment adviser is prohibited from using eligibility information received from an affiliate to make marketing solicitations unless specific conditions are met. WEalthetic does not receive such information from affiliates for marketing purposes.

Succession Planning
In the event that the owner(s) of WEalthetic retire, become incapacitated, or pass away, your information may be disclosed to an unaffiliated third party to facilitate a business succession plan. A change in control of ownership of WEalthetic would require your consent, per your signed agreement with us, to continue providing services.

Closed or Inactive Accounts
