Maybe its time for us to look at the problem as an opportunity and to capitalize on the uncertainty that’s inherent and that’s probably never going away. If we realize that there’s more pessimists and hesitant doubters waiting for something to change that opens up and creates a vacuum for more opportunities for those of us who have the comfort and confidence to deploy capital and to take action.
